Reservation

For all current and future appointments: a valid credit card is required for booking. Please do not forget to confirm your appointment when you receive your reminder from Square.

Cancellation

In the event of cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to appointment, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the reserved service booking will incur. No Shows will be charged 100%.

Late

If you are late to your appointment, we will need to adjust your service in order to still finish on time. If you are 15 or more minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

Refund

There are no refunds on services rendered, this includes allergic reactions and retention of extensions. There is no guarantee of results on any service. Results may vary from client to client.
